Integrated Logistics Services includes:

  • Packing materials and labor; packing services to avoid in-transit damage.
  • Pick-up of equipment that is consolidated in a single location on street level within the customer’s facility. Facility must have adequate vehicle access. Service for unconsolidated, non-street level pick-ups or facilities with inadequate vehicle access is available for an additional service charge.
  • Pick-up within 3 business days of scheduling.
  • Pick-up available within the 48 contiguous states between 8 am and 4 pm local time Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays and weekends (pick ups in Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees). Customer is responsible for ensuring site access and readiness at scheduled time of pick-up. (An additional fee may be charged if scheduled pickup is missed.)
  • Availability of fee-based optional services: pick-up on weekends or holidays, specific times, after hours and expedited 1-day scheduling.

Note: Transportation assumes an average gross shipping weight of 35 pounds per Item. Items over 35 pounds may incur additional shipping charges and processing fees.

Minimum Charge:
An item is defined as a desktop, notebook, server, monitor, workstation, printer or fax machine with a maximum weight of 35 pounds.
