What types of equipment do you service?
PC Asset Recovery can manage the disposition of just about any piece of IT related equipment commonly in service including desktop and laptop computers, servers, laser printers, monitors and general office equipment.
Is there a minimum requirement for my company size or order?
PC Asset Recovery offers services to businesses of any size and there are no minimum quantities.
Where do you provide service?
PC Asset Recovery provides service across the Continental United States. Recoveries scheduled from Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. PC Asset Recovery also has established partnerships to provide services in select International markets. At what time can I schedule a pick up and by when will it occur?
A pick-up may be scheduled between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm local time Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays and weekends. We will pick up your equipment within three (3) business days of scheduling. Pick-up requests are restricted to the Continental United States.
How do I know how much my equipment is worth?
PC Asset Recovery maintains a Current Pricing Guide that determines what equipment is eligible for Buy Back and the price you receive. The guide is updated once a month to reflect fair market values and provided to you. Equipment values are paid based upon the published value at the time of recovery (not at the time of settlement).
When will I receive a payment?
For Buy Back Services, net proceeds will be paid via check or credit within ninety (90) days of receipt of your equipment. Under the Revenue Share program, net commissioned profits will be paid via check or credit within ninety (90) days of the completion of the sale. All proceeds will be reconciled in the Settlement Report.
Do you offer computer trade-in services?
PC Asset Recovery can buy back or remarket your used equipment and directly apply the net proceeds against the invoiced purchase of new computer equipment from your hardware vendor.
